Web Hosting Accounts - Each shared web hosting plan carries a 30 days money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services for any reason and cancel your account within 30 days of activation, you will be given a FULL REFUND of the contract amount excluding setup fees, domain registration/transfer fees and overages.

No refunds are granted after 30 day period. Affiliate agency accounts, dedicated servers, any promotional sale programs and all other Salsabil services do NOT apply to this 30 day money back guarantee.

Domain Names - All domain names sales are made final at the time of purchase. You are the sole owner of any domain names registered through our services upon payment in full. Should you decide to leave our service for another provider, domain names are transferable and therefore not subject to refunds.
 

Please note: Accounts cancelled/terminated by Salsabil.org for violating our Acceptable Usage Policy or Service Policies do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, hell, you will not be given any refund. To receive a full refund you must let us know why you are not satisfied. Refund Policy for Renewals:
Renewals of web hosting contracts will be refunded if Salsabil.org is notified within the first 7 days following renewal date. No refunds will be granted after that.
